Indonesian pianist Myra Pranajaya has performed in many concerts, such as the MusicAlp International Music Academy (France) and the 13th Summer Academy of Music in Uelzen (Germany), where she performed with the Wratislavia Chamber Orchestra. In 2023, she performed as a soloist with the Jakarta Symphony Orchestra with conductor Rebecca Tong, and was invited to perform with the Chamber Music Society at Aula Simfonia Jakarta in the following year. Recent concert highlights include a collaboration concert project “Bridging Cultures: A Journey of Western Classical Music to Indonesia” with the Pelita Harapan University (Indonesia) and the Bandung Philharmonic (Indonesia).
In 2020, Myra graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from Hochschule für Musik Freiburg in Germany, where she studied under the tutelage of Prof. Hardy Rittner. Two years later, she graduated with a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from the Sibelius Academy University of Arts Helsinki in Finland, where she studied with Prof. Tuija Hakkila. Currently, Myra is a doctoral researcher at the Sibelius Academy.
